Small drizzles of rain being observed at Dibrugarh. Cloudy are the skies and will last for some time. But even in these adverse situation of not being able to enjoy the hot summer sun, people and friends find some way or another to have a little fun ! Sound of thunder along with the rain, dancing of the wind and the trees the same. Whatever happens do whatever you love, That's what makes life ! Enjoyable. :)
