Meteor Shower. by Jay Krishna

In this tutorial you will learn how to create your very own Meteor.

For the Following tutorial you will require, a piece of paper, a pencil, eraser, sharpener and a computer, you will also require macromedia flash 8 or higher version.

Draw a meteor on a plain piece of paper and take a photo or snap of it !

 Now start macromedia flash 8 on your computer and import the image on to your screen. By going to file -> import -> import to stage.

After you have imported the image, create a new layer and on that new layer start drawing the figure, (click on the pencil tool and start drawing the figure).

Try to draw the details as much as possible.

Now delete the layer that contains the image.

Now with the help of the bucket tool color the object

Now delete the outlines by using the eraser tool or by selecting the outlines and pressing delete.

Now create a new project and set the background to black.  Now with the help of the polygon tool, start creating stars.

Your stars will look kinda like this ! also re-size some of the stars.

 

Select all the stars and right click the mouse and select convert to symbol and click ok.

 

Now click on filters and click add glow ! add the following values to the presets.

Now create a new layer and add a beautiful photo or you can colorize it like me !

 Do the same with the meteor.

Copy and paste the stars and background onto seperate layers in the meteor project.

Once done the final project will look like this !
