Chess Competition.
An open Chess Competition is to be organized on the 2nd and 3rd of February 2013 at Dibrugarh and interested participant are welcome to participate in the event. Every participant will be provided with 40 minutes for a one round and a maximum of 1 hour 20 minutes.
