Why is Dibrugarh town turning into a rural village !

Constant power cuts in the dist, have made the lives of the people miserable. With frequent hourly power cuts, things take a long time to get completed. How long will this keep on going .Is this new year going to end up in darkness with no decorative lights. Is there a solution to this problem.

If there is ! Then please comment.
