The Dibrugarh Shitya Sabha pay it's condolence to Dr. bhupen Hazarika on Nov 6th 2011. The lamp was lit by Mukti Borgohain ( X O.C )

The meeting was  by shri presided Jivan Koch and , the meeting was accompanied by Marvari natya Samiti, Marwari Natya Sanmilan,

Borpothat Writer's Asso., Junaki branch Sahitya Sabha and many more organizations. the Assam Sahitya Sabha half hosted it's flag for the next 3 days.The meeting was accompanied by Dr. ratan kotoki,

Niran gogoi, Dr. Bharati Dutta and many more renown people.

The 7th Dibrugarh Bookfair was closed till 12 am on Nov 6th to pay homage to Dr. Bhupen Hazarika.
