Inauguration of Vivek Express from Dibrugarh To Kanyakumari on 19.11.11 by Shri Paban singh Ghatowar ( Hon'ble Minister of state ). A grand celebration took place at the New Dibrugarh Railway Station at Banipur, with performances by different cultural group.
